So hopefully upon navigating through the course contents, you can see the amount of content that is present. But what I would say is, property is something that forever teaches you lessons of not only how to do things, but also how not to do them too. It is with that, I am confident that beginners will gain an immense amount of knowledge to get their journeys started and even those with some experience will gain something. Plus as I continue to grow, especially with the land development projects scheduled to begin any time now, I will happily share that information with you all.

The most common question I get asked, on my socials is about investing into my deals and working with me. I have kissed a lot of bad frogs in this game and I am sure if you have had some experience in property you would can agree that not everything is as it seems with people on the surface. For that reason, I am very specific about who I choose to work with. Values being aligned is the key factor for me when investing with people. Yes profit is key, but so is working with respect, honesty and integrity. One thing I dislike is dishonesty. I don't mind people selling their services or time, but I dislike the notion of pretending to the audience they have a unicorn hidden that can only be seen if you spend thousands and thousands of pounds. There are people who have been in this industry for a few years already presenting themselves as experts, charging £££ for their time and "courses". As much as I am not here to judge what people do, it's remarkable to me how people can really understand a game without really going through the everyday ups and downs it presents. Boiler breakdowns, tenant turnovers, rent arrears, refinances etc. 

It is also an industry that has no regulation, and mixed with public speaking (they all seem to love this) and NLP they can manipulate the customers into buying their wealth creation, or masterclass courses in a heartbeat. I have seen people lie, blatantly to audiences, people enhance their follower numbers on social media, and all to make a quick buck at your expense.

So I have bought and/or sold many properties since the age of 25. Since graduating from my Construction Project Management (BSc) degree, I have done Buy-to-lets, HMOs, Commercial Conversions, Serviced Accommodation, Deal Sourcing, Planning uplifts, Renovations for clients, Flips, BRRR and New Builds.

My most recent project was building 2 brand new homes in my local area.

I will add I do feel my growth could have been even quicker, if I had not made so many mistakes and also if I had chosen to solely focus on property.

I am a keen mental health advocate and have been running 2 successful podcasts in this space, offering support work where possible and I have also recently launched a superfood blend, which enhances your health too - Healthxcel.

So my priorities are always first and foremost, health and wellbeing, but I fully understand that financial stresses are one of the biggest worries many of us have, which is why I have taken it on myself to produce this program.
